Numbness and tingling in my arms

I'm diabetic and have among other things, diabetic neuropathy in both hands and feet. Not too bad. This morning, woke up with tingling and numbness in both arms, alternatively. thought it would go away but hasn't; has lessened somewhat. Blood sugar ok, blood pressure ok. Can you tell me what might br going on?
