Numbness and tingling in left hand

Hi, suddenly I started feeling slight numbness in the edge of my ring finger of left hand which gradually spread to my pinky finger and left side of the palm and slightly on the left portion of arm(basically covering the ulnar area). This is now 2 days old condition. My left hand grip has become weak too. Please suggest the condition and help me here.

you have ulnar nerve problem do nerve test by visiting neurologist take tablet neurobion forte daily in morning
