There's a bit of swelling below the left side of chest and I feel numbness there and also behind it on my back. It hurts sometimes if i apply force on that swollen part. The numbness increases even more when i keep my head on elevated surface or on a high pillow while lying down. There's less sensation on both of these places ie the swollen part and my back just behind it. Is it something to worry about or it may be because of being overweight. I am around 12kgs overweight. Kindly advise. Thanks.
