In the last two years, my HSPCY increased by 0.25. At 27, my right eye is -2.00, -1.75, and the left is -1.50, -1.75. The doctor noted myopia, astigmatism, and anosometrophobia. The recent checkup showed a clear cornea. Is keratoconus a possibility?

It looks like myopic astigmatism.Rare possibility is keratokonus,which can be ruled out by  coreal topography.

Pl do corneal topography. You can clinch the diagnosis. Pl consult ophthalmologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
