I am having numbness in all four extremities and it is more prominent with sitting, standing or while prolonged driving more than 15 mins. There is excess weight of 12 kgs based on BMI index, but do not think that will be the only cause. Checked vitamin D level recently and it came out as 25.6. Is this ok?
