Here is the nt scan of 12 weeks gesetation of 37 years  . Do I need to go for NIPT , double marker test results are yet to come. Nt :1.7mm Nasal bone: 2mm Ductus venosus: normal flow Tricuspid regurgitation : no regurgitation noted CRL 59.48mm Placenta anterior low lying, grade 0 maturity Fetal heart rate 158bpm Mean PI: 1.455 Fetus risk estimate for NT is 1 in 700 Maternal age risk is 1 in 210

The dimensions of the nuchal thickness is normal wait for the double marker test you need to go for further investigations  only if double marker test is high risk
