NT scan Hematoma and Increased PI value

I am 15 weeks pregnant, and my NT scan at 13 week reported inhomogenous hematoma with an estimate valur of 1.23 cc and increased value of left utirine artery value 2.37. what does it mean, Is it something serious, what all precautions I have to take. My doctor has prescribed Ecosprin for 02 months, but want to take second opinion. My dual marker test says 'Low Risk'.
