Hi, I recently got my NT scan and double marker test results. NT - 1.1mm CRL - 70mm Nasal bone not detected Free beta HCG - 1.125 MoM Papp A -0.883 MoM Based on this I was marked screen positive for T21 - 1:215 What should I do next ? Amnio or NIPT? I m really scared for amnio as it has its own risks.

Amnio gives 100% result for detecting anomaly in the baby. NIPT give around 99%, but has the advantage of being a non invasive test.
