Nothingness

These past few weeks; I’ve been having these recurrent thoughts of wanting to die. I love imagining myself dying, but I know I can never go through with it. I care about my family and if I die I know my Dad will take it out on my mother and I can’t have that. I’m so blank and empty. It’s like I have no emotion; like I’ve been numbed. I’ve had some traumatic experiences but the way I cope is by telling myself nothing matters and I think that’s taken a toll on me.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.

U ve been coping really well through ur difficult times. U seem to be having a stable mental status n a gud insight of ur mental health. About d recurrent thought of harming urself for killing u more seems like a obsessive thought, where u r well aware of d consequences n very well know u wud Neva do but still such thoughts keep occurring without ny reason. It's a treatable condition. U may consult a psychiatrist online or in person for detailed evaluation n further clarification.
