It's been 5 days since the accident happened I've not taken TT. I got the answer that as it's already late no need to worry. I've been cleaning the wound with antiseptic liquid and applying Povidine Iodine ointment twice a day. Is this enough or do I need take anything more.

Hello, It's ok. But if wound is deep oral Medicin Antibiotic Anti-inflammatory May REQUIRED so consult a genral surgeon or genral physician. Dress till compleat wound heals. Ok.
