He is just 1.5 month and last 3-4 days not sleep properly continue crying . Cold from last 15 days .

Hello, please use nasoclear saline nasal drops to relieve nasal congestion. This will relieve the nasal congestion and help the baby to sleep.
Next Steps
If no relief, get the baby clinically examined by a Paediatrician.
