Not raised bumps on forehead

For 2-3 months now I have these bumps I can see on my forehead but my skin is smooth to the touch. I take good care of my skin and exfoliate twice a week, remove all my makeup, stay hydrated, moisturize, etc. But nothing seems to get this texture away and it’s reallt annoying. Please help!
