For the past 3 days i m not getting any taste and whatever I eat while swallowing there is a pain... Seems there is ulcer at the base of my tongue on right side

For ulcer please take tab. Folvite 2 times a day, apply zytee L gel frequently And for kiss of taste, please do a covid RT PCR as a precautions
