Hi doctor. From my childhood...I never had sweat... Its like once in a while.. hardly I get sweat on my underarms, palms ...whatever exercise I do ...I will never get...even in sunny day afternoon when I go out and play games..then also i am not getting sweat...pleaser suggest..my skin is dry skin...n I don't find nourishment and feel ageing.please help me out.
