Not getting sleep

My working shift is from 3pm to 12.30 am. So I used to reach my room at 1am. This work shift is unavoidable. My problem is I am not getting sleep upto 4am. I am not using any e-devices and keep lying on bed. But still not getting sleep. This thing is happening in the weekends holidays also. Due to this I am feeling something different in my body. Please help me regarding this how to get sleep. Thanks

First you need to find out whether you r having any stress or any tension. If you r having then find out solution and stop hving d stress if possible. There r several ways to get good sleep. But we need to b sure u dont need medications. If necessary consult a psychiatrist
