Hi Doctor, Me and my husband are married since 2years...and now planning for baby..but we both don't get mood to intimate at all..also I feel like I am going through Vaginismus...because whenever my husband tries to insert his penis...I somehow get into fear and contaract my muscles immediately...so it becomes difficult for him also to have pleasure... Please suggest some medicines which will help is into getting mood for sex and also any tips for my fear problem.

For vaginismus proper councelling is sufficient also we can increase ur vaginal path so that ur husband can easily insert his penis in ur vagina eithput any pain for u second thing to get aroused there are many ways like doing erotic things making foreplay licking etc
