Not getting medicine in pharmacy

For ERRECTIVE SACHETS prescribed to me are not available in any pharmacy. Even the online orders are saying out of stock as well confusion due to variation in the name, ingredients and brands. It took more than 7 days for to reply as the online orders delivery date continuously got extended and cancelled.  May I request your help in checking with the doctor about exact brand, mg, ingredients and alternative medicines I can select. Dr name is Rohit Juneja Urologist Prescription id: 8255283
