It is normal to not have full sense of taste or smell following a fever. Take few days to rest well and recoup. It should come back naturally. In the meantime, have light food which is easy to digest, hot water gargling, steaming once daily and make sure you don't sleep in the day time. If the problem persists after two weeks, consult a doctor.
