Hi.if 6.30 hrs of sleep is not refreshing to you and troubling to you it must not be neglected. Follow some sleep hygiene techniques like dont watch TV while going to bed, don't lye down on bed until you feel sleepy, avoid tea coffee after 5 pm, dont watch clock frequently, listen light music while going to sleep,dont take heavy dinner. This will help you to over come to regulariz your sleep
