My bones feel stiff and weak. My neck, back, left hand and shoulders feel stiff..heavy head and pressure feeling in sides of the head..dont want to eat. My muscles feel soft and  loose to touch...i feel something heavy on head..whole body feel stiff and weak.. Kindly suggest
