Dear Sir Greetings of the day Is anyone here,who can explain what is happening with me by watching tongue because since last evening I'm not feeling well headache, feeling gass in stomach . thank you

Hello..well for gastritis you can take pan 40 mg one a day for about a week so true the symptoms may reduce...and I would also suggest you to take paracetamol 500 mg for head ache and also take neurobion forte once a day for weakness..hope you understand....thank you................................
