Feeling very nauseas with a bad stomach pain cant hold food or liquid down really much sitting up makes me dizzy ... unsure of what to do , dont have much of a appetite either. Feeling so sick and weak and nauseas i went to the er they told me it was a bladder infection and i had small cyst on my ovaries this was 5 days ago and the meds dont work
