I can feel my hand but do not feel that sex sensation. No diabetes and all hormones ok including testerone . Got it tested. I lost sensitivity after masturbation . It started with having tingling sensation in penis. I masturbated after that and suddenly everything went like no feeling. Now i dont get any feeling there. First it was so sensative i even cannot touch my glans..but now 0% feeling. I can keep my finger on it without arousing it or ny problem. If i masturbation now its like with no feeling at all. I stopped masturbation for 20 days but nothing happened. Did not get my feeling back. I need to get my sensation back . Its effecting my sex life. Please tell me what to do
