He is suffering from fever not having anything even water also but he is active... I have consultant my doctor also.,loss motion also is there what to do pls tell am very worried

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Since how many days is he having loose motions and fever? What medicines were suggested by your doctor? As of now, you can give syp. Ornof 5ml twice a day after food for 3 days.  Syp. Dolopar 250 5ml throce a day after food. Please give adequate information. Consult a paediatrician in person for further evaluation and management.
