I'm 18yrs old &taken vaigra after watching dirty films. And its disturbing my mind. Its always give signal to take it again. And it is affecting on study. Please help me what should I do now?

Avoid porn and start yoga esp pranayama and brahmari exercise that will relieve mental stress.Also develop a hobby and make good friends.
