Hai Doctors. Married life 2.8years We are done check up with all the tests and found wife's PCOD & left semi blockage n right one is good spillage. Mine semen anaylys attached and count any 49 mil / ml. & 28.6 mil / ml as per WHO 5th Edition. Kindly suggest me to take next step can we go for YOU or normal PCOD medication with regular sexual intercourse to get kid at earliest asap.Thanks lot Dr

No u both should be treated as the main reason for infertility is pcod is she obese? Also her left tube is blocked what about her follicular status?
