Not Bleeding after using Tampon

I used a tampon for about 3-4 hours by the end of my second day of my cycle. Since the time I removed it, I've had little to no bleeding and I'm on my 4th day now. Normally the flow resumes to light or medium in a couple of hours. Is this something that I need to worry about?
