Hello, only inserting semen in vagina is not very useful, as proper orgasm is required for forward motility of sperm. Remember sperm has to travel the whole vagina, cervix, uterus and fallopian tubes to fertilize the egg and that too against gravity. So proper sex is required and female orgasm help in forward motility of sperm. So my advise is not to think any alternative and indulges in peoper sex with your wife.
