Not able to move left hand and leg

Pain in legs from few days by yesterday morning my sister was nat able to move her left hand and leg. She is saying it's feeling very heavy and can't move her hand nd leg.. plz doc tell me y dis would have happened and what to do now plz

It is a left sided weakness .  pls consult nearest physician or neurologist.
