My nephew is of 1 month and 10 days. He is under treatment of neumonia , and nose is totally closed. And he is under ventilator , and breathing from mouth 70 % and 30 % from machine. Now what we have to do?

just inform the doctor on duty or the nursing staff. they might try suctioning if severe blockage or put saline drops in the nose if mild blockage.
