I had covid in march 2022 and had nose polyps since then, it is not getting cured what should I do, and i also have tightness in chest!!!

No reversibility in test . You need to be started on a course of oral corticosteroid till polyp resolution and only after that you will have better symptom control, maybe your polyp will need surgery, consult ENT surgeon
