I have done my nose piercing done last month now there is a bump with redness Nd it is not healing , my marriage is in February and I want that this heal before my marriage, please help me with this

1. Tab Pan 40 mg once daily before breakfast. 2. Tab Enzomac Plus twice daily after meals. 3. Tab Gudecf CV twice daily after meals. 4. Fucidin cream thrice daily local application. 5. Follow up after days .
