My nose has been bleeding for the whole day and I fainted this afternoon. I usually am not scared of blood and felt very sick before hand. I know I dind't faint because of the blood and I don't know why I fainted.

Its probably vasovagal syncope, however u shud see a medicine or ENT specialist for an examination and assessment.
