I practice boxing and a punch to the nose had resulted in a swelling and clot. Little swelling is still there above nostril after almost 2 months . I suspect the clot hardened over time. How can it be removed

As per your description you might have developed septum abscess.. need to be evaluated by local examination.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
