Nose blocked with bp meds

Hi , I have tried 2-3 different bp meds and while they control my bp they lead to nose blockage and mucous formation also making it difficult to breathe . I have also taken some anti allergic pills as advised by doctor but then they raise my bp. Any suggestion what nasal solution / med i can use to open the nose blockage without spiking the bp ?
