I am having following symptoms from the last 2 weeks. 1. Left side nose blocked 2. Bad breath 3. Gas trouble and Constipation. 4. Slight left side head pressure. Please guide me in this regard.

As per the history I could infer that Rhinisinusitis with ?Deviated nasal septum.. Gas trouble is different thing Start on the med Tab.Odimont LC Hs Xylomist nasal drops thrice daily Steam inhalation tds Cap.Pantocid dsr once daily before breakfast For 7 days and see Should get better

U may be suffering from chronic rhino sinusitis leading nasal obstructions and bad breath due to retained secretions chronically.
