My nose is getting blocked all the day and it's severe when I sleep.it is happening since 10 months.a and I m having aches in right hand shoulder,right chest.and i having high gas problems

Hello there. I can understand your concern. The nose issue is a long standing one and I won't prescribe you anything for that . Instead get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. For other you can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab.
