Gud morning sir / madam  my age is 24 in this season im frequently gettimg nose blockage and nasal congestion daily with out any reason and when im.splitting im ecperiencing black colour specks in my phlegm slightly sometimes what are the reasons for it give some suggestions to over come it

Consult Now
Don't venture into cold atmosphere. Keep your room warm. Do Amruthanjan or Vicksvaporub hot inhalation twice daily. Drink plenty of warm water. Don't eat anything very cold or straight from fridge.
