My brother age 18 suffering from severe noseblock for 1 month more under siddha medication no improvement kindly help attached picture of his blocked nose kindly look through it.

Hello This image shows only turbinates (nothing but all of us are having, some patients we may find big in size)in such conditions patient may feel nasal block We need to more of symptoms Is he using any medication?
