Hi... From past some time my one side of nose is blocked.. specially in the night... But i don't have cold... Why this happens and pls suggest treatment...

Hi if it's only one sided and happens more often with out nasal discharge . You wil need a proper evaluation. As if might be a physical obstruction. Which needs to be confirmed.
