Its been more than a month, i am having cough cold and nose block, had lots of medicines from general physicial during this period but it is not helping. Due to bose block, cough and cold I am not able to sleep as it happens majorily at night and early morning. I feel tired everyday because of it and feel disturbed from my work life.

Hello....... It could be allergy, you might be allergic to cold weather, dust or mould... Cover up yourself while sleeping, don't have cold food items, take steam inhalation before going to sleep.. Do breathing exercise.. Clean up your bedroom... Consult ent specialist once.
