Nose bleeding

My son gets nose bleeding especially during Summers and its occurrence is more frequent now atleast 3-4 times in a week. This problem has been since his childhood but doctors used to tell that this will get cured..I am worried as this is not a good sign. Does this have any relation to his eating non veg or picking up the nose? Please suggest what are the possible reasons and what treatment we should follow and where to for it?

There are many causes for bleeding from nose in children such as nasal septum injury, nasal septal ulceration, vestibulitis, foreign body etc. Most common cause is septal injury secondary to nose picking. Usually local applications of antibiotics ointment is sufficient
