Nose Bleeding Blood-Cold

I got cold since 2 weeks back , from last 3 days my nose bleeding water with blood. I thought that it cauused because of nose injured ( 5 months back in a small fight my nose hurted and bleeded blood immediately and that pain continued for next 10 days and reduced ) After that i did not get tahat pain or blood bleeding but now after I got Cold i am facing this problem. Kindly suggest for next step for this and explain the reasons for above issue for easy understand. Thanks & Regards Kalyan C
