Well if the bleeding is fresh then it's unlikely from the lung and more likely fr the upper respiratory tract...Common causes are trauma, fingering g, dry nose, excessive blowing of nose...Well smoking does have a bad impact on lungs and you are more prone to TB as well as lung cancer than those who don't smoke...So my advice would be to quit smoking..Thank you
