Most probably Acute Frontal Sinusitis! You need to get a CT scan of your paranasal sinuses. If it confirms blocked Frontal Sinus Ostia, a Balloon Sinuplasty, a minimally invasive procedure similar to Coronary Angioplasty, wherein a thin balloon catheter is gently passed into the frontal sinus through nose and then balloon is dilated producing a widened sinus ostium almost instantly! The patient is usually discharged once anaesthesia wears off!
