Normal Household work in pregnancy

I have history of missed Miscarriages at 10 and 14w but in current pregnancy reports are normal, cervical length at 19 w was 34 mm, can I do normal household work like cooking while standing for sometime, how many minutes we should stand or should I take rest??

Light household work is okay. Avoid heavy  work .Rest in between work.no standing  for long time .
