I had normal delivery 4 weeks back and got 4 stitches. Still my stitches are not healed and I am feeling pain when sitting/sleeping in certain positions. I have noticed 3-4 times small brown strings came out when went to toilet. Sometimes it's bleeding near the stitches. Since 2 days I am feeling a sharp pain in the area which lasts for 2-3mins and I can't move during that time due to the pain. I am really worried..how long it will take for the stitches to heal completely? I am not able to breastfeed my baby in sitting position due to my stitches and I am feeling depressed.please suggest.
