I am 60 years old and with medication of Telsartan CT 40/12.5 mg for HT with no DM. In my yesterday's ECG report, non-specific ST-T changes are reported and 2D EDCO is normal - EF 73, normal sized chambers, No RWMA, good biventricular systolic function, Grade I LV diastolic dysfunction, No MR/AR/TR, no clot/effusion. My Lipid is normal-triglycerides 117, LDL/HDL 72/36. Shall I undergo Stress test/TMT. Kindly advise.

Hello, ECG and ECHO are normal . You can undergo treadmill test which is a stress test. (ECG and ECHO are resting investigations)
