The rash first started out as bumps on my wrists. They then spread to my hands and arms. The rash on my leg then developed as flat and red (especially above the ankle). It stops at my upper thigh. It is painless. I've been feeling tired and have a dull headache occasionally. I take short breaths. I've seen two doctors. They gave me corticosteroids which don't help (cortisone and methylprednisolone).
