Noises in my stomach while playing flute

I hear noises in my stomach while playing flute which means doing abdominal breathing. I also burp a lot especially after playing. According to my CT scan results I have hyperexpanded lungs. A lung specialist said I have asthma.do you agree? I have no sign for asthma. What would happen if I continue playing? What had caused this problem exactly? Because it's not common among brass players. What should I do to reduce the noises?
